Project Overrun
Stop the AI cost cascade before Year End
You are Halloran Group’s AI Value Council for one fiscal year. Five AI projects are running across five regions, each with a hidden cost, usage and value profile, and each of you can read only part of it. Contain the overrun cubes before a cascade runs down the links, put the evidence together, file every project and decide: scale it, rework it or stop it. Survive to Year End and book as much net benefit as you can, in millions of dollars. One shared screen shows the board; everyone plays on their own phone.
